It applies to this website and to the ways we communicate with you off-site (phone, email, text, and social media).

We only collect information that you choose to give us. Depending on how you reach out, that may include:

• Photographs of your project, if you choose to send them to us directly (for example, by text message or social media)

Our website contact form does not ask for your email address. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising tracking tools to collect information about you automatically — see Section 8 for details.

• The estimate request form on our Contact page
• Phone calls or text messages you send to our business number
• Direct messages or comments on our Facebook or Instagram pages
• Any Facebook or Instagram advertisement you respond to, if we are running ads at the time

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your estimate request and answer your questions
• Schedule and carry out masonry work you've asked about
• Follow up about an ongoing or past project
• Keep basic business records of inquiries and jobs

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated profiling or decision-making.

5. Contact Forms and Estimate Requests

Our Contact page form asks for your name, phone number, the service you're interested in, and a description of your project. When you submit it, the information is sent by email (using our website's email system, wp_mail()) to our business inbox at ramjiconstruction23@gmail.com. The form includes basic anti-spam protections — a security token, a hidden honeypot field, and a short-term limit on repeated submissions — none of which store your project details beyond what's needed to catch automated spam. We do not keep a separate marketing database of form submissions outside of our email inbox.

6. Facebook and Instagram Advertising

We maintain official Facebook and Instagram pages, and we may run advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to reach potential customers in our service area. If you respond to one of our ads, message our page, or submit a lead form through Meta, the information you provide is used the same way described in Section 4 — to follow up about your project. As of this policy's last update, we do not have the Meta advertising pixel installed on this website. Meta's own handling of your information is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy, not by us.

7. Google Advertising and Analytics

As of this policy's last update, this website does not have Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking (gtag), or any other Google tracking tool installed. If we begin running Google Ads campaigns, this section will be revised to describe what, if anything, we add to the site to measure them.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress, the software that runs our site, may set a small number of technical cookies needed for the site to function correctly (for example, when logging into the site's administration area) — these are not used to track visitors and are not shared with advertisers.

9. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:

Estimate requests are delivered to our email inbox and kept there under our normal email account practices. Short-term technical records used to prevent spam (such as duplicate-submission checks) are automatically cleared within minutes. We have not set a fixed retention period for older estimate-request emails or past customer records; if you would like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details in Section 16.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including form validation, a security token and spam-prevention checks on our Contact form, and an authenticated, encrypted connection (TLS) to deliver estimate-request emails. We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 16 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

13. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to run this website and respond to you:

• Hostinger — our website hosting provider
• Google / Gmail (via the FluentSMTP plugin) — delivers estimate-request emails from our Contact form to our business inbox
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — if you interact with our social pages or ads, that interaction is also subject to Meta's own privacy policy

14. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at adults seeking construction and masonry work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new tool or service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
